More specifically, I miss the simple life I had in India. I can't believe it's almost been two months since I've been back in the United States. Time really flies when you live here in the United States because there's just so many things to do. During winter break (I took one extra day off), I spent a long time cleaning out all my plastic bins that have piled up in the garage. I found a worship CD that Elizabeth Ko made for me when we first started dating in 2001 (I was still Catholic). I've been listening to it in my car since. This is my favorite song on it: This is the only video on youtube with this exact version. 'Cause I'm your beloved, Your creation, And You love me as I am. You've called me, chosen For Your kingdom. Unashamed to call me your own- I'm your beloved. I really like this exact version, so much that it's my new favorite song. -Erwin
are you SUPPOSED to be going against traffic? are you not showing your own lane to make me think you're going against traffic?
ReplyDeletewe were definitely NOT supposed to do that. we were going against traffic.
ReplyDeletehaha. that was very entertaining.
ReplyDeleteBIG saftey hazard! Glad you're around to post about it.
ReplyDeletei bet you chose to record your commute to work as a "24" series because it is one of the most ridiculous safety hazards you encounter daily...am i right? i bet you're always thinking "this is ridiculous!" "this is not safe!"
ReplyDeleteGiven the crazy driving, I thought you were in Beijing at first. Then I remembered (before I had a chance to cringe at the thought of being in Beijing) that you are in India. I am begining to think that driving situation in India is a lot worse than what Mel had told me.
ReplyDeleteOMG! That's a crazy commute to work! I especially like where I heard someone say, 'You've got to watch out as you might get hit by a pedestrian!'
ReplyDeleteles said exactly what i was thinking about erwin and safety hazards. God's pretty funny. :)
