My New Room :)
Every day I wake up at around 5:00am and sleep by 10:30pm. It's a great schedule. Anyways, here's a tour of the inside:
Perhaps I will buy hangers and some big tupperware this weekend so I don't have to use the ziploc bags. I miss my closet at home:

See you soon,
Erwin

My goodness, it is so, so organized.
ReplyDeleteSo you get the whole place to yourself? Or just the room? The view from your room looks like paradise...
ReplyDeleteAnd are you really going to use the net for the entire trip???
The dining hall is shared among the two other colleagues that are with me (their rooms are next to mine).
ReplyDeleteWhat's the weather like? And do you stand out with your pastel colored shirts? Good posts so far. Post some of the manufacturing plant
ReplyDeleteERWIN, MAKE SURE YOU TUCK THE MOSQUITO NET UNDER YOUR MATTRESS AND LEAVE A SMALL OPENING FOR YOU WHEN YOU GO INSIDE YOUR BED. ONCE YOU'RE IN, TUCK THE OPENING AGAIN AND SO YOU WILL BE MOSQUITO FREE. TAKE AN ICE CUBE AND FREEZE THAT MOSQUITO BITE FOR A FEW MINUTES SO IT WILL STOP ITCHING. TITA lA
ReplyDeleteyour place is so nice and spacious! india looks like an exciting place to be. the buildings remind me of other buildings in asia!
ReplyDeleteHey who is that Edwin that is posting. He is an imposter.
ReplyDeleteBrother, it is me. Make sure you keep taking the B12 and don't trust the water. I will send you a care package soon with a lot of entertaining goods.
You should pick up SC2 to play in your spare time.
Oh, and if there's internet, does your home/skype/magicjack work yet?
- The real Edwin
PS Debbie says hi
I was wondering why the real Edwin would ask about a manufacturing plant.... hi Erwin! Thanks for the updates. That net looks hardcore. Take a video of what it looks like when you wake up after a mosquito attack. I want to see how many mosquito's get stuck in it. Or am I just exaggerating the mosquito situation there? Take care of that bite like my mom said above :) Love you.
ReplyDeleteI think buying the plastic bins will make the apartment home sweet home for you.
ReplyDelete@ Rita - I bet the replacement you find for the monthly birthday dinners w/ Anne won't be as organized as me so perhaps you should wait until I get home
ReplyDelete@ Edwin F. - The weather isn't bad, no rain yet it's quite humid but not as bad as Florida (so far).
@ Brother Edwin - I drank the big bottled water outside my room and I'm still alive. Tell Debbie I said hi and I wish you both can visit
@ Tita La - Great tips! I was always wondering about the mosquitoes getting in by going under the net.
@ Brother Edwin/Lalaine - I have another friend named Edwin who works in industrial design (that's why he asked about manufacturing)
@ Julia - Yea if I buy some plastic bins that'll definitely make me feel at home
LOL @ the Edwin confusion.
ReplyDeleteErwin, I had a dream last night that you came out with your "real" website. It had virtually real-time GPS tracking of your whereabouts. And you could watch a simulation of your trip from Diamond Bar to your new haven. It was awesome.
Re: dining hall. Will you have it to yourself when your colleagues take off?
LOL at the comments section. Nice closet, erwin! You should get a job organizing people's closet space!
ReplyDelete...now you can sleep under a net like a real princess :)
ReplyDeletehaha les! "like a real princess"
